LOHS Girl’s Clinic – 1st-8th Grade (all abilities!)

- Beginner Players: We would love BRAND NEW players to come out and try the sport. Equipment will be provided at the Clinic for those who do not have (however, please bring your own mouthguard).
- Intermediate Players: You’ll learn some key techniques and skills to practice, get to know some of the LOHS players as well as extra time on the field with your peers prior to the Spring Season.
- Experienced Players: We’ll teach you some new strategies, fun tricks, and great drills to get your game into peak form prior to the 2020 Lacrosse Season!
